Virtual Phone System Is Important for Your Direct Sales Business

isc2013.in

For running a successful business, telephone communications should be optimized in such a way that customers are never asked to wait for lengthy amounts of time, or the calls transferred several times, before reaching their intended recipients. The first obvious step in successful marketing is to have a way for customers to reach you. Availing a Virtual phone system will entail just three simple steps:

For successful business owners, reducing expenses and increasing sales and enlarging concomitant profits are the constant goals. A direct sale, in marketing parlance, is a term used to refer to the process by which products and services are sold to customers, without any intermediaries.Regardless of the nature, size and scope of business you are in, having a Virtual phone system can help you effectively meet your business communication needs and also help promote direct sales Check for Virtual Phone System in Linkedphone

Choose a new telephone number it can be local or toll free. Think from your customer’s standpoint. A phone number that is easy to remember will be the key to getting more customer calls. Imagine using 800 plus your Company Name. Sure, your toll free number will encourage your customers to call you often without paying long distance charges. The next step would be to configure your business greeting, hold-on music or message, and call forwarding number.

Instead of hiring a receptionist to answer and handle your calls, you will have a significant cost saving with a virtual phone system that will efficiently interact with your callers. The auto attendant will route calls to a specific employee or department.Callers can be directed to the mobile or land-line number of the subscriber’s choice or can leave a message which is sent to the subscriber via email.

Prospective customers often want information about products and services before they get ready to buy. Record salient details about your products /services in a convincing manner so that callers can hear either when the calls are placed on hold or when customers access a specific extension on your toll free number.Persuade your callers to leave their contact

information or simply use your virtual phone system’s non-blocked caller ID to capture the caller’s phone number. With the call forwarding feature as part of the virtual phone system, business owners and their employees can forward their incoming calls to their mobile phones in order to take calls while they are out of office. This will ensure no important customer call is missed.

The final step would be to publish the number and benefit from total call management. To achieve better results, it is suggested that you organize a large-scale promotional campaign for the phone number through social networks, websites, business card, print media, television, radio etc.A virtual office phone system also provides businesses with a feature known as an info hotline or sizzle line.

The business owner can take advantage and attach a per-recorded message that explains the products, pricing and other relevant particulars. The Virtual phone system will thereafter begin to consistently fetch you direct sales – which you would have missed hitherto. Apart from serving as a powerful marketing tool to boost direct sales, Virtual phone system provides many additional features like caller ID, online faxing, and professional voice talents to record your greetings.

Addiction To Social Media

icadl2013.org.in

The use of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tinder has become the cornerstone of modern communication and connection as it allows users to create a sense of belonging and redefine their way of being. Despite the many positive benefits and impacts of these sites, the recent Cambridge Analytica scandal has reignited discussions about the place of social media and social networking sites in our lives.

From a mental health perspective, concerns have been raised about the negative impact of excessive use of social networking sites on the health and wellbeing of users, especially that of young people, who are enthusiastic users of this technology. Back in 2011, Dr. Daria Kuss and I were the first academics to systematically review the scientific literature on excessive social media use. Although there were few studies at the time, we did find that for a small minority of individuals there was a significant detrimental effect on many aspects of their life, including their real life relationships and academic achievement among those still in education. We argued that such signs are indicative of addiction.

Over the past five years there has been a proliferation of studies assessing how excessive social media use can impact negatively on health. In a recent paper Dr. Kuss and I again reviewed the latest research on the topic and showed that social media use for a minority of individuals is associated with a number of psychological problems, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and addiction. Because social media is most frequently accessed via smartphones, their usage is intimately intertwined and their mobile nature contributes to excessive checking habits, which often derives from what is commonly labelled as the ‘fear of missing out’ (FOMO). For more information check SEO Agency in London

The good news is that very few people are genuinely addicted to social media. However, many people’s social media use is habitual and it can start to spill over into other areas of their lives and be problematic and dangerous, such as checking social media while driving. Other behaviors may be annoying rather than dangerous, but may be indicative of problematic social media use, such as checking social media while eating out with friends or constantly checking your smartphone while watching a movie at the cinema. Others may snub social contact with their loved ones or friends and prefer to check out social media on their smartphone instead (so-called ‘phubbing’).

If you want to check whether you may be at risk of developing an addiction to social media, ask yourselves these six simple questions:

1. Do you spend a lot of time thinking about social media or planning to use social media?

2. Do you feel urges to use social media more and more?

3. Do you use social media to forget about personal problems?

4. Do you often try to reduce your use of social media without success?

5. Do you become restless or troubled if you are unable to use social media?

6. Do you use social media so much that it has had a negative impact on your job or studies?

If the answer to all six of these questions is “yes,” then you may have or be developing an addiction to using social media. We say “may” because the only way this can be confirmed is through a diagnosis from a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist.

If you answered “yes” to a few of these questions, it is more likely that you are a habitual social media user and that what you should do is engage in ‘digital detox’ strategies that simply allow you to reduce the amount of time spent on social media. This can include simple steps, such as turning off sound notifications and only allowing yourself to check your smartphone every 30 minutes or once an hour. Other simple steps include having periods in the day where there is self-imposed non-screen time (such as during meal times) and leaving your smartphone in a separate room from where you sleep (just so you don’t get the urge to check social media before bedtime, during the night, and when you wake up).

At a societal level, steps need to be taken by governments or organizations to help minimize and (in some cases) prohibit the use of mobile devices. Some such steps are in place in many countries, such as the banning of smartphone use while driving. Given the loss of productivity in both the workplace and educational settings, employers, schools, and colleges need policies in place to ensure that individuals are focused on what they should be doing. Many schools ban the use of smartphones in the classroom. Prohibition in other contexts such as workplace settings may also be justified if it is practical to do so. Some restaurants are now providing discounts on food bills if customers refrain from using their smartphones during their meal. These positive reinforcement strategies may well be the way forward in trying to decrease time spent on smartphones checking social media. For SEO Services in London visit kokoliko.net

Digital literacy and awareness of the effects of excessive social media use need to be embedded with work and educational settings. More controversially, social media operators (such as Facebook) could start using their behavioral data to identify excessive users and provide strategies to limit time spent on their products. This is already being used in the online gambling industry and could easily be applied by social networking sites.

For the small number of individuals that are genuinely addicted to social media use, treatment is warranted. However, the goal of treatment for this type of addiction (unlike many other addictions) should be controlled use rather than total abstinence, as it is not feasible to stop someone from using devices that have Internet access (i.e., their smartphone). The most successful type of treatment for online addictions appears to be cognitive behavioral therapy (which is a talk therapy designed to help people change the way they think and behave), although there are relatively few published studies examining its efficacy in relation to internet addictions. Other more specific ways of how to treat individuals with excessive and addictive Internet use, including social media use, have also been outlined elsewhere.

When it comes to solving the problem of reducing individuals’ use of social media there is no magic bullet. While individuals are ultimately responsible for their own social media use, policymakers, social media operators, employers, and educational establishments all need to play their part in reducing excessive social media use.

Top 5 Key Features Of An Affordable Phone System For Business

bigintmedia.in

.A virtual phone system lets you separate your personal and professional calls, but still gives you the flexibility and cost savings of operating your home business using your cell phone if you want. While there are plenty of virtual phone systems out there advertising themselves as the ideal partnership for home-based businesses, there are five key features that will help you identify companies worth your hard-earned dollars.

Whether you are a marketing professional, blogger, writer or consultant, your home business needs a phone system that gives you a level of professionalism – and also, security. Handing out your personal cellphone number to random clients you meet, vendors you chat with, or potential business partners means you are giving out your personal contact information to potential strangers – and no one should have to sacrifice security for business communications. Check for Key Features Of An Affordable Phone System For Your Business in Linkedphone

1. Truly Mobile Ready

With a truly mobile ready app, you will be able to use a tablet or smartphone to access business contacts, make calls, send business texts, receive faxes, join conference calls, share files, check voicemail and in some cases start video meetings. Basically everything you need to conduct business regardless of where you are or where you are going – giving you the power to operate without being tied to a desk.

2. No Contracts

What business owner wants their hands tied? You have enough binding contracts in your business, you don’t need a phone service that is going to tell you how long you have to use them, and when you can leave if you aren’t happy with their service. There are plenty of services out there, like RingCentral and Grasshopper, that don’t constrict their customers with long term contracts or harsh early termination fees.By not having contracts,

you can pick and choose the virtual phone system you need, or up and move to another service provider without facing harsh penalties. A good virtual phone system will also allow you to “port-out” your number to another company. This means you can keep your established phone number if you decide a particular service is not right for you.

3. Call Forwarding

Young Woman working from homeInstead of giving out your personal cellphone to conduct business – and give people the opportunity to contact you whenever they want privately – look for a business phone service that offers call forwarding. Call forwarding will transfer your calls from your home office to your mobile phone, but never let customers or vendors know the number they are being transferred to – or even the fact that they were transferred to another number.

You can further use features like find-me/follow me in conjunction with Call Forwarding to route calls. “Find me” forwards calls either in sequence or at the same time to a list of numbers that you designate. “Follow me” forwards calls to numbers based on a time schedule – so you can adjust where calls go based on your day-to-day activities.

This allows you to conduct business everywhere you go – even if you are at your son’s soccer game or showing your next property. Most importantly, you can filter your calls from personal and professional – so you know just who you are answering to at any particular time.

4. Enhanced Collaboration

With built-in conference calling it is effortless for you and your team members to join conference calls and collaborate with your clients at a moment’s notice. In some cases like RingCentral, you have the ability to connect face-to-face online for real-time file sharing and collaboration even when it’s not practical to meet face-to-face in person.

5. Additional Free Expanded Features

From faxing to call waiting to auto attendant, if you are going to pay for a phone service, shouldn’t you get certain features for free? Believe it or not, there are plenty of phone services out there that don’t offer you any features for free. If you are going to pay for a professional service, do not settle for subpar features. Instead, look for a company that offers you things like:

Call management tools – including call hold, return, forwarding, waiting, three-way calling, etc.

Extensions – including virtual extensions

Auto attendant

Voicemail to email

Professional greetings

Inbound and outbound faxing

Some Of The Main Reasons Why Your Marketing Strategy Could Fail

For Digital Marketing Company in Hyderabad

Marketing strategies can often be born from a trial and error method; as we identify strategies that work, we keep them for future use and discard the ones that didn’t bring back good results. Depending on whether you’re an agency, small business or global organisation, you’ll need a tailored marketing strategy that directly targets the areas that will bring in an impressive return.

Even when things seem perfectly in place, your strategy could still go wrong somewhere along the line; it only takes the smallest of errors or misjudgement to throw your marketing plan off track. Luckily, most marketing mistakes are easily corrected if identified. So, with that in mind, what are some of the reasons that can contribute to a failed marketing strategy?

1. You’ve lost sight of your customers’ needs

You might feel like you had the perfect marketing strategy that covered all bases from paid search to content marketing, but it didn’t do as well as you thought; why? There’s a strong chance you have lost your customers somewhere on their journey. Whether you didn’t create enough touch points between the brand and consumer, or your marketing technique didn’t quite sell the right message to the buyer, your prospective customers will drop off quicker than you think. For more information visit SEO Agency in Hyderabad

It’s important to remember that customers are unlikely to come back to a business off their own back; they need to be guid ed in the right direction by consistent, relevant marketing efforts.

There is also the risk that your marketing strategy is misaligned in some way with either the wider corporate or product strategies. Often, the marketing department isn’t properly integrated with the rest of the company and this can mean you miss vital steps.

2. You’re using outdated technology

Marketing, particularly digital marketing, is moving at such a fast pace that it’s easy to get left behind. Before you know it, you’re still following SEO tactics from 5 years ago and wondering why your strategy isn’t delivering. The technology you use within your strategies is crucial and it changes rapidly.

Much of the technology you need will enhance the customer experience, so don’t get stuck in your comfort zone. Find out what other marketers are using to fuel their efforts and understand what could give you an advantage.

Keep one eye on tech’s relationship to digital marketing and you’ll be able to pinpoint exactly what software or solutions your brand needs. For Digital Marketing Services check emikolo.com

3. You’re following similar strategies to your competitors

Your marketing strategy needs a unique selling point; it’s not going to grab customers’ attention by following the same pattern as everyone else in your industry. Make sure you’re not recycling ideas; or if you are, put your own twist on them and make it stand out.

Customers need to differentiate between products or services, so focus your strategies on what makes you different. Write your own compelling story with a unique and approachable personality to attract the customers you need.

4. You’re not tracking the right data

An analytical approach to marketing is essential if you’re looking for results. Measuring your campaigns and strategies in order to demonstrate impressive numbers to the powers above is so important.

However, you need to make sure you’re looking at the right data to reflect your hard work. Should you report on the number of page views, conversions or even how many unique visitors have been brought to your website? It all depends on what you’re trying to achieve with your strategy; if you’re not reporting on the right data, the point of your marketing campaign may be missed completely.

How To Use Social Media To Boost Your Career

Digital Marketing Company in Hyderabad

Statistics have it that 75% of Nigeria’s online population use social media, and a majority of the users are either unemployed or seeking for a better job. While some people spend hours online, scrolling through timelines, liking and commenting on trivial posts, you can make the best out of social media and boost your career by doing the following;

1. Clean Up Your Social Media

Your social media page is your first impression to the online community so it makes sense that you make it look good. Edit your social media handles thoroughly and regularly; take out anything that looks unprofessional, from foul languages, nude photos, party shots or that photo of you smoking shisha!

Create a decent and eye-friendly experience for your social media visitors and update it whenever you add a new skill or job to your portfolio.

2. Follow Publications in Your Industry

You are as connected as the people you follow on social media because it’s the easiest way to bring industry news, trends, and updates right to you. Simply “like” their pages and watch your newsfeed fill with articles, videos, and discussions. You never know where that knowledge will come in handy.

You can also follow Influencers in your industry for a daily dose of advice and guidance, which you’ll feed off effortlessly from their timeline. Digital Marketing Agency in Hyderabad Visit Vivid Digital

3. Get a Professional Photo

Your Facebook and LinkedIn at least deserve a clear professional photo of you in front of a simple background. Your Instagram photo may be less corporate but it still should be a professional shot – you never know who is stalking your page.

4. Write a Personal Bio

Rather than have your visitors wander around your page looking for clues about you, introduce yourself and what you do on your social media handles – Farmer, Model, Socialist, etc. Platforms like LinkedIn have made it easy for you to go beyond bio to adding a mini-CV.

5. Make Common Sense

Being a social media user goes beyond posting pictures with taglines, post only what makes sense! You can share quotes that interest you and your followers and are relevant to the trends and time of the post.

6. Be an active follower

Liking, commenting, and sharing other people’s posts will make them do the same when you post yours. It will also make you visible to more people who follow these people whose posts you engage in. Some social media influencers have been tagged so from just being active and regular commentators on popular pages,

you too can gain affluence by taking more and making sense. If LinkedIn notifies you about someone’s work anniversary, do well to say “Congrats,” it doesn’t take that much of your data.

7. Join a Group

There are tons of awesome groups on Facebook and LinkedIn where you can participate in interesting conversations, get advice on just about any work situation, or even network your way to a job.

All you have to do is find one you like and join in! Find alumni in your desired field, friends from high school, or past co-workers and send them a short, personalized message asking to connect. You never know what they can offer you.

8. Stalk

Admit it, you do this already for your personal interest, you can do it for work-related reasons. Stalk a company’s page so you have something to talk about them in an interview, in an article or in a random conversation with someone.

9. Google Yourself

Hiring managers Google you, so be ahead of your followers and stalkers – google yourself and see what pops up. If you don’t like what you see or it’s outdated, delete and update your data with more-befitting stuff.

10. Look out for openings

A lot of things happen on social media including job adverts and recruiting. Stay alert and apply for as many as you can. As long as you are not paying for the applications, it doesn’t hurt to have interviews every other day, eventually one, out of the lot, will come through!

All the best in your endeavors!

Best 9 SEO Tips Are All You’ll Ever Need To Rank In Google

iiit-bh.in

Why don’t planes crash more often from mechanical failure? With all the moving parts inside a plane, it seems that something would break fairly easily. So, why doesn’t that happen? One primary reason: checklists. Before pilots push the button for taxiing and take-off, they perform an extensive pre-flight checklist to make sure everything is functioning exactly as it should be.

Entrepreneurs hoping for strong SEO (search engine optimization) rankings might take a lesson here. They can create a checklist of their own to make sure everything is perfect for their next website article. No, an SEO checklist won’t protect you from crashing and burning. But it will help ensure that your post has the best chance it needs to rank high in Google. Check For Digital Marketing Agency in Vivid Digital

So, before you publish your next piece of web content, run it through

The following 9-point checklist for the best SEO tips are as follows :

1. The most-important SEO tip: Get external links.

Okay, finally we’re finally at the big one: external links.

External links are links from websites other than your own. Google relies heavily on external links to determine how good a post is. And this makes sense, doesn’t it? You can talk about yourself and your own skills all day long, but no one will believe you. But as soon as other people begin bragging about you, others take notice.

While producing incredible content may get you some links, the truth is, you are going to have to do some “link building.” This means reaching out to other website owners in the space to ask for links. For some great SEO tips , i’d like to go on isdmmt.com.

2. Use the keyword in the URL and in the post.

Another way Google is able to determine what your blog post is about is the URL. In other words, we’re talking about what comes after the “.com” in your url (or .net, .org, or whatever you use). For example, which of the following URLs do you think Google will like better when deciding whether or not to show a certain page?

A. www.ExampleDogToyWebsite.com/9124824834-1

B. www.ExampleDogToyWebsite.com/small-dog-toys

You’re right if you guessed the second one. While the former might not completely kill your SEO efforts, the latter definitely helps show Google exactly what the post is about.

3. Insert internal links.

If you aren’t talking about your best content, why should anyone else care? For this reason, it’s important that your best SEO content be linked to internally by other pages on your website.Yes, this means you may need to go back and edit some older posts to include links to the new, incredible content. 4. Put the keyword in the name and alt-tag of your image.

Next, if your blog post contains images, you can use those images to cement the idea to Google about your post’s topic. There are two ways to do this:

A. The image name

B. The image alt tag

To change the image name, simply change the name of the image on your computer before uploading. Instead of a file called “2831274.jpg,” you can re-name it something like “small dog toys 1.jpg.”

The “alt tag” is something you designate after you upload the photo to your website. Without getting too technical, the alt tag is simply the text that the web browser will show if the photo can’t load for some reason. As search engine also crawl the images to understand how this picture is related to it, these seo tips are very important to work on it.

5. Pick a good keyword to focus on.

The first step is to simply pick the search term or phrase you want the post to show up for. If I am writing about the best dog toys for small dogs, I’ll want to find out what people are actually searching for.The easiest way to do this is use Google Keyword Planner, a free tool that will show you an estimate for any search phrase. (Although Keyword Planner is free, you may need to set up an AdWords account to gain access.)

For example, I noticed that “small dog toys” receives 590 monthly searches — higher than any other related combination of words. However, I’m still not totally ready to start writing about this topic. First, I need to do some research.

6. Research the competition.

Now that I have a term I want to try to rank for, I’m going to go undercover and do some recon! Jump over to your “private browsing” mode on your web browser (“Incognito” in Chrome, “Private” in Safari and Firefox, “InPrivate” on Internet Explorer) and head to Google.com. (At my company, we do “private mode” because we don’t want Google to use our past search history to influence what we see on the search results page.)

Take a look at all the content on page one of Google, ignoring any ad results at the top. The 10 (or so) results are your competition! What are they missing? Can you do better?

7. Write the best content.

Now that you know what your competition looks like, it’s time to create the content that is going to blow those folks out of the water. This is perhaps the most difficult part, but it’s the most important. It needs to be amazing.I don’t care if you are creating a blog post, ecommerce store page or sales-landing page. It needs to be better than the rest, or else neither Google nor your audience will ever take note.

For an example of an article I recently wrote — with just this goal in mind — check out “How to Become a Millionaire: The Ultimate Guide.”. My goal with that post was to write superb content about that topic. How did I do?

8. Put the keyword in your page title.

This should be a no-brainer, but I’ll say it anyway: Your page title should contain your keyword, but that doesn’t mean it has to be exact (though it can be). This is the main SEO tips to rank your site higher in search engine.Additionally, the title must also be interesting enough that people will actually want to click on it! A good example of this would be PT from PTMoney.com, who wrote a great post about “making extra money.” However, rather than a boring title, like “Make Extra Money,” he titled it “52 Ways to Make Extra Money.” Now that is something I would want to read.

9. Put the keyword in your header.

You can organize most webpages by having a large title at the top, followed by several sub-headers throughout the page (like the sub-headers in this post). This organization is helpful not only for people in skimming blog-post articles, it’s helpful in showing Google exactly what your blog post is about. Therefore, be sure to use your exact keyword phrase at least once in your sub-headers.

The above nine-point checklist may not include everything a person could know about SEO, but by simply following this checklist, you’ll be miles ahead of the competition and will likely see your posts get significant SEO traffic.
