What Is The Quality Assurance of Education Evaluation

Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

One of the outcomes of the ‘quality movement’ has been the development of a specialised bureaucracy to ensure smooth operation of (often complex) quality systems including apparatuses for audit and accountability. Quality assurance systems at system, organizational or individual level typically operate within a cycle

Quality assurance agencies expect staff at all levels in institutions (including classroom and clinical teachers) to gather data that allow them to demonstrate these steps and the manner in which each step affects and feeds into the next. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

Key features of the quality assurance process

Regardless of the agency or the object of scrutiny, there is a reasonably common approach to reviews, be they audit, approval or accreditation. The key features of quality assurance include:

A. Self evaluation –

usually through a review report in which the institution provides a self-assessment of its activities relating to the scope of the review

B. External expert review conducted by an autonomous agency–

usually involving documentary scrutiny and a visit by reviewers to the institution

C. The public report –

with commentary and recommendations

D. Benchmarking –

periodic reviews by the agency across the sector to identify common themes and issues.

While most review and evaluation systems are developed on the basis of promoting on-going improvement, review systems need to be robust enough to stop under-performing institutions, subjects or programmes from receiving monies from governments or other funders or from taking students.

ASSURING AND MAINTAINING QUALITY IN CLINICAL EDUCATION

Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

Clinical teachers need to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of their teaching. Evaluation of teaching and learning generally occurs within quality assurance frameworks that have common features. Understanding quality assurance systems and evaluation methods will help clinical teachers to improve the student learning experience.

This module discusses how and introduces the most common tools used in the evaluation of teaching and learning.

Higher and professional education in the western world has undergone rapid change. The expansion of student numbers, widening diversity and opening access, the impact of e-learning systems that facilitate distance learning, and increasing recognition of the importance of workplace learning have led to concerns over maintaining and enhancing educational quality across a diverse sector. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

Addressing such concerns has led all establishments with educational missions, from schools to universities as well as institutions such as Royal Colleges and postgraduate deaneries, to place greater emphasis on demonstrating:

A. Quality improvement

B. Accountability for spending public money

C. Transparency of processes involving admissions, teaching and assessment

D. The specification and achievement of competencies and outcomes

E. Early identification and remediation of ‘failing’ students or practitioners.

The ‘quality agenda’ in clinical education has seen movement on a number of fronts towards explicit standard-setting, evidence-based education, metrics and indicators to measure continuous improvement, and the establishment of structures and processes that enable self-governance and monitoring. The ‘quality agenda’ therefore impacts on all aspects of education at all levels, from funding and regulatory bodies through to educational providers and ultimately to teachers and learners.

Toyota Innova Crysta Hatchback First Drive & Gearbox

Toyota Innova Crysta Overview

The Innova is by far the most successful product to ever roll out of Toyota India, period. It’s an MPV that never had any competition. It created a segment and has continued to dominate it for more than a decade. From large families to fleet operators, the Innova has changed the way Indians define travel. However, we’ve been waiting for a full model replacement for some time now. While the Innova continues to sell in high numbers, the folks at Toyota started developing an all-new model almost five years ago. They took their time and have finally readied the new Innova Crysta. The MPV goes on sale in India by early May 2016. We’ve just driven the Crysta extensively in India to find out if it’s a worthy successor. View offers on Toyota Cars from Toyota dealers in Hyderabad at Autozhop

Toyota Innova Crysta Ecteriors

As we had seen at the 2016 Auto Expo, the Innova Crysta is longer, wider and taller than before. There’s even a glimpse of the new Corolla Altis and Camry. Giving it a distinct face is a massive hexagonal grille and these chrome slats that merge with the double-barrel headlamps.

Wide shoulder and narrow waist – these sharp creases that fade away towards the end like an artist’s brush stroke. Smaller details like these aero-stability wings improve high-speed stability, and higher variants come with a set of good looking 17-inch wheels. The last set of glass window near the D pillar is razor sharp, giving the side profile a distinct look. Just like the saber-tooth inspire taillights do to the rear design. The Innova has more road presence now and makes a stronger statement. But maybe, just maybe there is an overdose of bling for some, which might divide opinions about its design.

Toyota Innova Crysta Interiors

There is no change in the wheelbase, which means there is still a lot of space inside for occupants. The cabin is spruced up, dashboard gets a new design, but what really doesn’t go well with the otherwise finished cabin is the low quality plastic used on the glovebox.Chrome is used amply inside and there is a large touch-screen on the console, temperature dials are placed right below the screen. Storage space is generous with about 20 bottle holders inside the cabin and dedicated AC vents are provided in second as well as third rows.Foldable seat back table are provided at the back which can be used for keeping a small laptop. First and second rows are spacious, but third row can accommodate two adults easily leaving less room for the third occupant. The MPV is available with seven and eight seat layout.

Toyota has added more features to the second generation Innova, among the comfort features, the MPV gets air conditioner, AC vents for second & third row, separate seats in front row with slide and recline function. Features like eight way power adjustable driver seat and passenger seat easy slide are available on the top-of-the-line variants. Vital features aboard include smart entry system, wireless door lock, speed sensing door lock, cruise control, tilt & telescopic power steering, power windows among others. Exteriors get chrome finished front grille with high gloss lower grille, automatic projector headlamps with LED treatment and power adjustable & retractable ORVMs with welcome lights and side turn indicators. Cabin features indirect blue illumination ambient illumination, instrument panel, speedometer, multi-information display, cooled-glove box and console box with lid.

Toyota Innova Crysta Performance

Toyota has brought entirely new engine options on the Innova Crysta. We started with the 2.4-litre diesel motor which is offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox. In-spite of being smaller than the older 2.5-litre engine, the modern four cylinder turbocharged motor has more grunt and is also more frugal. But like the older engine feels not very refined. Just notice the gear lever do the Shake while cranking up the MPV.Once in motion it settles down and has good mid- and top-end power. Rev it harder and the motor gets audible and stressed, forcing you to shift to the next gear before reaching the redline. At 149PS, it produces a stunning 49PS more than the outgoing Innova which is evident right from the word go. There is more than ample torque at 343Nm which comes handy while over taking other cars, even when the Crysta is packed to the brim with passengers and luggage. But the clutch still has a long travel… a compromise you pay for durability. The gear stick is shorter and more car like now, but an averagely built Indian will have to stretch a little to reach the gear-knob when it was slotted in third.

The 5-speed manual gearbox has better spread ratios now, which means you can quickly shift to fifth and cruise on the highway. Having said that, having a sixth gear would have kept the engine even less strained during long distance journey.Toyota engineers spoke about improved sound insulation, but still there is a fair amount of road and engine noise which can be heard within the cabin… yes, even with the windows up. You also get 3 driving modes – Normal, Eco and Power. As the names suggest, Power has the best accelerator response, Eco can squeeze maximum out of a litre of fuel and normal gives you best of both. The other engine option is for those looking for more convenience and opulence. This is also a brand new motor – a 2.8-litre turbocharger with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Currently this is the second MPV, after the Maruti Ertiga, to come with an automatic option in India. After a long day of driving and photoshoot, we couldn’t have asked for anything better – driving back in this automatic car, through the busy streets of Goa. With 174PS power on the tap, it really quick off the line and feels quite spirited for an automatic car. There a massive 360Nm of toque which starts to flow really early in the rev range giving the Crysta automatic creamy power deliver. There’s hardly any turbo-lag and the gearshifts are linear, making it perfect for city use.

Toyota Innova Crysta Driving

Similar to the older Innova, the Crysta employs a ladder on frame chassis, so don’t expect monocoque like dynamics. But use of rigid – high tensile steel has kept a check on the weight. This setup along with larger rear shoc absorbers make the Crysta iron through even crater like roads. The ride quality for a MPV of this size is seriously impressive and the biggest strength going by the road conditions we encounter everyday. The suspension almost never bottoms out, and goes over rumblers and spead breaker as it they never existed. It’s a big car and the steering feels heavy specially while taking a U-turn. This is probably to keep the steering communicative and fairly direct, but at higher speed it becomes both lighter and inconsistent. Moreover, it still has evident body-roll though the engineers have tried to control the sip like pitching movement to certain extent. Obviously, smaller MPVs available in India feel more nimble and agile, but the Innova Crysta is clearly more composed and sure footed.

Toyota Innova Crysta Safety

Innova range gets three airbags including driver airbag, co-passenger airbag and there is a knee-bag as well. Vehicle stability control and hill start assist control are available only on the range topping variants. Other safety features that are also available on Innova include seat belts in front and rear, child restraint system, back monitor, clearance and back sonar, seat belt warning, door ajar warning and immobilizer. Exteriors get chrome finished front grille with high gloss lower grille, automatic projector headlamps with LED treatment and power adjustable & retractable ORVMs with welcome lights and side turn indicators. Cabin features indirect blue illumination ambient illumination, instrument panel, speedometer, multi-information display, cooled-glove box and console box with lid.

Toyota Innova Crysta Price in Hyderabad

Toyota Innova Crysta Ex-Showroom Price in Hyderabad ranges from 13,61,884/- (Innova Crysta 2.4 G MT 7 Seater) to 23,82,118/- (Innova Crysta 2.8 ZX AT 7 Seater Touring Sport). Get best offers for Toyota Innova Crysta from Toyota Dealers in Hyderabad. Check for Crysta price in Hyderabad at Carzprice

Toyota Innova Crysta Bottomline

As expected, the Innova Crysta’s feature list is much longer now. The Crysta will be available in six variants and six colour options. All variants get ABS, driver, passenger and a driver knee airbag as standard. Automatic up and down power windows are standard. The top variant also gets curtain airbags, electrically adjustable driver seat, keyless entry, push start/stop ignition, cruise control and 17-inch alloys wheels to name a few features. While we do know that the Innova Crysta is a big step up from the outgoing model, what we don’t know as yet is the price. We expect Toyota to price the MPV from Rs 15.5 lakh to Rs 19 lakh, ex-Mumbai, roughly Rs 2 lakh more than the current Innova’s prices. The new Crysta will retire the current Innova and replace it. If the price is right, the Crysta has the potential to continue its domination for many more years to come.

Here Are The 8 Most Important SEO Factors

kokoliko.net

Whether you are trying to learn more about SEO or want actual ranking techniques on how to improve your website’s SEO, there is a set of on-site and off-site factors that Google and other search engines favor when ranking every site.

Even though there are more than 200 factors that affect your site rank, the good news is that anyone can improve their website by simply working on a handful of them.

Here are the 8 most important SEO factors:

1. Domain Authority

Domain Authority (DA) is a metric that shows how much trust your domain has built over time by a matter of backlinks and age.Similarly, the older your domain, the higher its domain authority. For Digital Marketing Companies Check Vivid Digital

Another important factor that I’ve found is the relevance of the domain name in respect to the main keywords you are targeting. For instance, seoexpert.com will be more likely to rank better than lucysblog.com for “seo” related queries.

Lastly, a few of my SEO expert friends have reported that shorter domains will generally outperform longer domains.

2. Keywords

SEO begins with picking the right keywords (which you can very well find using Google’s Keyword Planner or Ahrefs).

My strategy with a brand new blog is to start by picking medium to low competition keywords and then slowly build up my post to target more competitive terms.

If you are looking to rank then you should definitely include LSI keywords (keywords that are synonyms to your target terms).

For instance, a site that talks about “portable chargers” can also include terms such as “power banks”, “portable batteries for phones” and so forth. Make sure to include the keywords that you want to rank for in the title and in the sub-headings for perfect on-page optimization.

3. Relevancy and Context

Search engines are smarter than ever before.

They do know the difference between a relevant page and a copied one.

They can also distinguish whether just site is about oranges or protein bars. I recommend sticking to a niche when building out a site and catering content specific to that particular niche.

For me, my niche is online marketing and SEO.

4. Number of Inbound and Outbound links

The more relevant links your website is pointing to, the greater your SEO score.

Same goes for inbound links which are actually more favored, especially if they are coming from prestigious, relevant and popular sources.

You can get backlinks by getting yourself featured on big news sites for example.

5. Site Speed

Google really cares about how quickly your site loads. To speed up your site you can use caching plugins such as W3 Total Cache or use a CDN to deliver your content in a faster way. For SEO Services in London visit here

6. Clean and responsive design

Nowadays, the best optimized websites are the ones that are clean, functional and responsive to devices of all types and sizes. In fact, Google even favors websites that have mobile-friendly design than ones that don’t have.

If you are using WordPress, you can install the AMP plugin to have your site load blazingly fast. If your site is not using WordPress, you should learn how to make use of the accelerated mobile pages project by Google.

7. URL structure

The easier your url, the better it is for humans and search engines to understand what your post is all about.

Here are two examples:

a) Vividdigital.com/blog/what-is-seo/

b) vividdigital.com/blog/archives/12/17/2018/seo/?p=23

Clearly example A is better because it’s descriptive and to the point.

Several studies have confirmed that the shorter the url, the better. Nevertheless, you still want to make sure you are including your top keyword in the slug for an added SEO juice.

8. Length of your content

Whenever you are writing a blog post that you want to rank, you want to make sure you are going into as much detail as possible. Search Engines have been rewarding long-form content and in 2018, you won’t rank unless you write at least 1500-2000 words per post.

When you write long form content, you give yourself the chance to explore a topic in depth, which in turns increases the time that some visitor spends on your site and signals Google that your content is awesome.

Fiat Linea Performance & First Drive

Fiat Linea Overview

Fiat Linea received a more powerful variant to its range ‘125 S’, delivering upgraded power akin to its name. Based on the regular Linea, it sources power from the 1.4 litre T-jet petrol engine calibrated to produce 123bhp of power as against the 87bhp developed by the regular petrol variant. Other than this, the sedan comes in two more variants powered by the 1.4 litre petrol and 1.3 litre Advanced Multijet diesel engine. Aesthetically, it looks largely similar to the standard model, sporting additional features. View offers on Fiat Cars from Fiat dealers in Hyderabad at Autozhop

emikolo.com

Rivalling the likes of Hyundai Verna and Honda City in the C segment, Linea gets a new 123bhp 1.4 litre T-Jet petrol engine making it the most powerful sedan in the segment. The diesel range draws power from the 1.3 litre Multijet engine pumping out 90bhp and petrol variants plonk a 1.4 litre Fire petrol engine making 87bhp. All these engines are mated to the five-speed manual transmission missing out on the auto-box. On the feature front, Linea sports a new 5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Map my India navigation, Bluetooth, USB and AUX connectivity. It also comes with goodies including rear view camera, dual stage driver airbags, rear disc brakes and ambient lighting.

Fiat Linea Look

Fiat Linea exudes an international appeal in the style statement it carries which makes it a head turner wherever it goes. The front as well as rear overhangs seem quite proportionate which is one of the biggest advantage in its aerodynamic structure. The front looks quite sophisticated with a chrome plated front that proudly carries Fiat badge in between. The twin pod headlights are carefully underlined by a pair of fog lights that improve vision in misty foggy times. The side profile is a combination of sophistication and muscle. The beefed wheel arches gradually merge into the waistline. The 16’inch alloy wheels looks stunning and play an important role in defining its distinct style statement.

The stylishly protruding electrical ORVMs, clutch style door handles and a nicely embellished C pillar gives a coupe-like look to this sedan. The rear profile looks equally attractive with a large boot lid, chrome linings, and three light clusters of tail lamps. The ground clearance of 165mm accompanied by a strong suspension makes it a suitable option in terms of Indian roads. Fiat currently offers this sedan in seven vibrant colors which adds another feather to its cap.

Fiat Linea Comfort

The interiors have a similar tale to tell. Instead of featuring a sporty all-black layout, you get the same (read: safe) beige and black combo with a few silver and piano black accents thrown in for good measure. The updated dashboard design from the 2014 version manages to look chic even now. The fit, finish and quality levels are above average in most places and will give you very little reason to complain. We like the orange ambient lighting that lends a nice, warm and not to mention welcoming feel to the cabin. With the 125 S, the interiors have been left untouched. That means you still get the leather upholstery, super supportive front seats and slightly awkward ergonomics. And, in spite of being the longest car in its class, legroom or headroom at the rear bench isn’t the best there is. Seating two six-footers back to back can be a bit of a squeeze and three people will struggle to settle alongside each other in the rear bench.

The only addition to the cabin is the 5-inch touchscreen infotainment unit. The system supports a variety of inputs including Bluetooth, AUX and USB. However, the screen size is a tad too small and the interface feels dated — especially when you compare it to its rivals that offer Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink. Also, Fiat says the screen is reverse camera compatible; however, the camera itself isn’t a part of the standard kit. That said, audio quality is really crisp and we can imagine calm long drives with some soothing music on the radio. On the practicality front, the Linea continues to sport a rather awkwardly placed sunglass holder, slim door pockets and a few more cubby holes in the floor console between the front seats. Boot space is rated at a gigantic 500 litres that is more than adequate to swallow most of the airport-run luggage.

Fiat Linea Gearbox

Interestingly, the 125 S feels faster than it actually is. For example, you feel like you are at 130kmph when the speedo is actually hovering at around 90kmph. The top speed we recorded was about 190kmph on the clocks with a little more to go. How does she feel compared to the now discontinued 114PS Linea T-Jet? This reflects in the acceleration numbers 0-100kmph in 10.4s compared to the T-Jet’s 11.08s. Like the Abarth siblings, the 125 S struggles to set a quick 0-100kmph time because of huge and wasteful wheelspin in first gear. A 0-100kmph number is not fully indicative of this car’s performance because it has a very strong midrange, upwards of 2,000rpm and feels faster than any other segment rivals. But all this comes at the expense of fuel efficiency. Fiat claims 14.2kmpl but don’t hold your breath. The best we could get was 8.3kmpl in the city and 13.1kmpl on the highway. In our three days with the car, I saw an all time low efficiency of 5.1kmpl on the display. Alarming indeed and wallet busting too!

But again, you will not buy an Abarth or T-Jet for the fuel efficiency. She delivers on the thrills point. While being a total sleeper, she will be a pleasant surprise to other Linea owners when you go like a banshee. She can cruise effortlessly on the highway with 100kmph being held at 2,300rpm. In traffic though you have to slip the clutch a bit to avoid stalling her, something I learnt the hard way.The 125PS/210Nm 1.4-litre turbopetrol motor is the same from the old Linea T-Jet, but in a higher state of tune. There is turbolag but it’s bearable. The best part is the sharp all-disc brake set-up. Considering the zingy performance for a sub-Rs 12 lakh sedan, the Fiat Linea 125 S can shed speeds rapidly and confidently. In traffic, the sharp brakes (discs all around) take some time getting used to.

Fiat Linea Rideing

Low-speed ride is a strong point with the Fiat. The well-tuned suspension does just enough to not upset the cabin when bad roads raise their ugly heads. Moreover, the healthy 190mm of ground clearance gives you that extra bit of confidence whilst tackling broken terrain. The flipside is that the soft suspension tends to make the ride slightly ‘floaty’ once you move into triple-digit speeds. We’re sure a set of stiffer springs will make the Linea a lot more fun, especially around a set of twisties. The steering is heavier than you’d expect and will make parking a chore. That said, it knows what the 205 section tyres are up to, and it tells you exactly that. Grip from the stock tyres is just about acceptable, but, we don’t see them lasting too long if you keep slamming the throttle in first. The tyres, along with the disc brakes do a swell job of getting the 125 S to a dead halt. The brakes bite in sharply (a bit too sharply if I may add) for very little pedal travel. This, too, gets a bit of getting used to.

Fiat Linea Safety

Braking and safety, both these aspects have been looked well by Fiat in Linea. The halting of front wheels is supported by disc brakes while the rear wheels have been awarded with drum brakes. The larger diameter of disc brakes allows instantaneous deceleration of car while the safety aspect in sudden braking is looked into by Anti Lock braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) system that distributes braking force equally to all four wheels preventing sliding and squealing of tyres. Other measures taken to ensure safety of its passengers include an Anti-theft engine immobilizer, Fire Prevention System (FPS), 3 safety headrests, programmable speed limit that helps controlling speed of the car, digital door open indicator, power steering, and double crank prevention system.

Fiat Linea Bottomline

Fiat doesn’t intend to sell huge volumes with the new Linea 125 S. In fact, we wonder how many cars Fiat plans to sell at all, considering that the brand has not had a single functioning showroom in Mumbai (of all places!) for well over a year now. Nevertheless, 125 S is a decently specced car but doesn’t offer anything staggeringly new over the competition, apart from some added performance and a subsequent loss in efficiency. It will be a niche car which will likely be brought by an enthusiast or an existing Fiat owner. It though remains to be seen how it will fare against the Volkswagen Vento TSI in terms of performance. But let’s reserve that for later. The talking point of this car then remains its timeless form, that enthusiastic motor and sharp handling. Just like its Abarth siblings then.

Educational Evaluation

wwrdheritage.org

Educational evaluation is the evaluation process of characterizing and appraising some aspect/s of an educational procedure.

Common purposes in educational evaluation:

A. Educational institutions usually need evaluation data to demonstrate effectiveness to funders and other stakeholders, and to provide a measure of performance for marketing purposes.

B. Educational evaluation is also a professional activity that individual educators need to undertake if they plan to continuously review and enhance the learning they are endeavoring to facilitate.

Standards for Educational Evaluation

The Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation published three sets of standards for educational evaluations.

A. The Personnel Evaluation Standards, published in 1988

B. The Program Evaluation Standards (2nd edition), published in 1994

C. The Student Evaluations Standards, published in 2003.

Each publication demonstrates and elaborates a set of standards for use in a variety of educational settings. The standards provide guidelines for designing, implementing, assessing and improving the identified form of evaluation. Each of the standards has been placed in one of four fundamental categories to promote evaluations that are proper, useful, feasible, and accurate. Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

1.The Personnel Evaluation Standards

The propriety standards ask that evaluations be conducted legally, ethically, and with due regard for the welfare of evaluatees and clients involved.

The utility standards are designed to guide evaluations so that they will be informative, timely, and influential.

The feasibility standards call for evaluation systems that are as easy to implement as possible, efficient in their use of time and resources, sufficiently funded, and viable from a number of other standpoints.

The accuracy standards require that the obtained information be technically accurate and that conclusions be linked logically to the data.

2. The Program Evaluation Standards

The utility standards are intended to make sure that an evaluation will serve the information needs of intended users.

The feasibility standards are planned to ensure that an evaluation will be realistic, prudent, diplomatic, and frugal.

The propriety standards are intended to make sure that an evaluation will be conducted legally, ethically, and with due regard for the welfare of those involved in the evaluation, as well as those affected by its results.

The accuracy standards are intended to ensure that an evaluation will disclose and convey technically adequate information about the features that determine worth or merit of the program being evaluated.

3. The Student Evaluation Standards

The Propriety standards assist to make sure that student evaluations are conducted lawfully, ethically, and with regard to the rights of students and other persons affected by student evaluation. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

The Utility standards encourage the design and implementation of informative, timely, and useful student evaluations.

The Feasibility standards help ensure that student evaluations are practical; viable; cost-effective; and culturally, socially, and politically appropriate.

The Accuracy standards help ensure that student evaluations will give sound, accurate, and credible information about student learning and performance.

The Virtual Phone Systems Have Many Sophisticated Features For Business

Check for Virtual phone services in Linkedphone

Regardless of the nature, size and scope of business you are in, having a Virtual phone system can help you effectively meet your business communication needs and also help promote direct sales. For running a successful business, telephone communications should be optimized in such a way that customers are never asked to wait for lengthy amounts of time, or the calls transferred several times, before reaching their intended recipients. The first obvious step in successful marketing is to have a way for customers to reach you. Availing a Virtual phone system will entail just three simple steps

Setting up new branch offices and appointing new staffs to operate the business in a preferred location may not sound economical to small business entrepreneurs. Creating virtual offices is the ideal option in such a circumstance. You can stay in touch with your customers located cities apart at low cost with the aid of virtual office phone systems. These systems enable entrepreneurs to manage their offices from anywhere – even a car, home or hotel room – thus giving a high degree of physical independence. Check for Virtual Phone Systems Have Many Sophisticated Features For Your Business in Linkedphone

State-of-the-art Phone Features

Virtual office phone systems are best suited for small businesses and medium businesses as they enable them to project a big business image. These phone systems are implemented through dedicated connections. Virtual PBX systems have many sophisticated features that are not found even in the latest business phone systems. The features include virtual receptionist, auto attendant, find me follow me call forwarding, call transfer, voicemail, fax mail and so on. The auto attendant system presents a menu of options such as dial by name directory, dial by extension, zero out to operator and group dialing to the callers. The sophisticated interface presented to the callers can make your business appear a flourishing one. You can even customize the auto attendant to greet the callers with their own professional greeting messages. One can receive local and toll free numbers for the desired locations from the virtual PBX service providers. The calls can be routed to the appropriate person’s mobile number or residence phone number, whatever has been provided in the phone number list, irrespective of the person’s present location. If nobody is there to attend the call, the callers will be diverted to a voicemail system, where they can leave their messages. Customers can receive their faxes in their email account using the fax mail.

Handy Phone System

Traditional Virtual PBX systems are expensive and require heavy equipments to be installed at the company premises. That is not the case with virtual office phone systems. These do not require any hardware or software to be installed at the user’s site. All the equipments are maintained at the service provider’s site itself. Moreover, these systems are scalable to a large extent; users need not worry about the additional equipments and phone lines needed while expanding their business, since all these are maintained at the provider’s location itself.

The Evolution Of Education Programs

Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

Today, high education programs are beginning to fade as more and more students opt for the flexibility, accessibility, and career-skills focus of online and continuing education.

Changing student profile

A signal of this can be seen in the changing student profile. Whereas in the past, the bulk of students who made-up higher education programs were in the 18 to 24-year-old range, today that demographic has broadened.

“The couple of times that we’ve done demographic study work, we determined that the average age of a student at a career college is the late-twenties; although there are students who are eighteen coming straight out of high school, and there are people in their fifties and sixties. It’s a wide range,” says Paul Kitchin, Executive Director of Career Colleges Ontario.

Career-building skills

A number of factors are driving the soaring admission rates at colleges and universities that offer online and continuing education programs, however one of the biggest draws is the focus on real-life job skills.

“It’s about giving students the full set of skills they need to enter into a career. You’re going to get the practical, hands-on skills you need to be able to function on the job,” says Kitchin. In today’s competitive job market, extra certificates, credentials, and skills are a big factor in what separates successful and unsuccessful job candidates. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

Flexibility and accessibility

Another huge draw is flexibility and accessibility. Many continuing education programs allow students to attend school partially or entirely online. Because of this, people from all over Canada have the same opportunities for enrichment. As long as you have an internet connection you can be in school working towards a degree or certificate.

“If someone lives in rural Ontario or is a single parent, the benefits of e-learning are huge. So there’s some leveling of the playing field in terms of education if people can get their education online or part of it online,” says Dr. Lorraine Carter, President of the Canadian Association for University Continuing Education.

The future of online learning

What’s more is online courses have proven to be an effective learning environment, especially in comparison with large lecture-style courses. And with advancements in communication technology, online education may one day be able to replicate even the most technical of school work, including labs and workshops.

“There are big possibilities around simulations and 3D virtual environments. And I think that’s only going to continue to grow. The Northern Ontario School of Medicine’s utilization of very high end simulations and learning objects is evidence that you can do it” says Carter.

Top Advantages Of Using Virtual Number For Your Business

iiit-bh.in

A virtual phone system lets you separate your personal and professional calls, but still gives you the flexibility and cost savings of operating your home business using your cell phone if you want. While there are plenty of virtual phone systems out there advertising themselves as the ideal partnership for home-based businesses, there are five key features that will help you identify companies worth your hard-earned dollars. It can be dangerous to give out your phone number to people you don’t know, and that’s normally the case when a website asks you for your phone number. Fortunately, just like with anonymous email addresses and debit cards, you can also grab an anonymous, virtual phone number to mask your real number. When you use a virtual phone number, only that number is known, not your real number, even though the virtual number might ring your real phone to establish the phone call. Anyone you call, and anyone who calls your virtual number, cannot see your real phone number. Check for Advantages Of Using Virtual Number For Your Business in Linkedphone

What Is Search Engine Optimization Content Management

For Digital Marketing Companies Check Vivid Digital

Now that you have published your articles, content management comes into play. When it comes to content management, an SEO is mostly concerned about the accessibility of the content.

Choose the Correct Redirects

There will be times when you need to move domains or pages. If you want to prevent an overdose of 404-errors in Webmaster Tools you should implement redirects.

The two major redirects are 302 and 301. Webmasters often use a 302 redirect to send traffic to a new URL. Unfortunately this is seen as a temporary redirect so it passes no link juice to the new page. This means that the new page starts with a clean link profile. That’s why it’s best to use a 301 redirect. This is a permanent redirect that passes most link juice to the redirected page. For SEO Agency in London visit Vivid SEO

Add Structured Data

To make our content more useful for search engines, we can add structured data. Structured data is information formatted in a universally understandable way. By tagging specific pieces of text, search engines can understand the underlying meaning of it.

You can use microdata, microformats or RFDa to implement structured data. This markup is used by search engines to display rich snippets (e.g a star-rating, thumbnail, video duration, etc.). This can improve the CTR of you pages.

Great Design isn’t Always Crawlable

Not all content is accessible for search engines. As the title says: a beautiful page isn’t necessarily a page that’s optimized for search engines. A designer wants a page that looks good, whilst the SEO wants a page that can easily be crawled. The challenge is to combine these two approaches.

Problems can arise when certain page elements, for example a call-to-action or a discount-banner, are implemented as images. This allows the designer to easily manipulate fonts, textures, gradients, etc. But as a result, important information in the call to action or banner can’t be crawled because it’s embedded in the image.

Thankfully this problem can be solved with a combination of HTML and CSS. By using code instead of an image, these elements are fully crawlable. Web fonts are also handy for creating a visually appealing website (so you don’t have to use images as a work around). Google has a large collection of open source web fonts that you can use free of charge.

Another technique is the mouse-over effect. This is a great way to add crawlable content to an image. The example below combines the visual preference of the designer (the images) with the crawlable content for the SEO (the excerpt via the mouse-over effect).
