Toyota Etios Look

Compared to the outgoing model, the new Toyota Etios Platinum do pose an appealing stance. Updates can be seen at the front with the new wider bumper and revised grille to give a touch of sportiness. The carmaker hasn’t gone extreme when it comes to using chrome appliques. The use of carbon-fibre texture, in fact, looks really nice on the front bumper. The v-shaped grille is mounted high with black inserts and the chrome studded signature mark at the centre looks cool. The rounded fog lamps now get boomerang styled highlighted enclosure.

The side profile of Etios largely remains intact except the new set of alloys and the same thick protruding strip running in the middle. The rear end of the car feature new bumper and thick chrome slat with red reflectors on the boot lid connecting the two tail lamps. Overall, the changes are subtle but do provide a bit of youthful touch to the car.

Toyota Etios Comfort

The inside ambience of Toyota Platinum Etios is perfectly in sync with its elegant exterior. The bi-tonal premium interior is high on quality and is pleasing to the eyes. The tri-spoke steering wheel has a silver accent on it and the door trim has fabric insertions. The shift knob is accented with chrome and the door armrests have a wood grain finish. The seats are comfortably wide, and the sedan provides adequate legroom and headroom. The driver’s seat is height adjustable and the front headrest can also be adjusted. The pillow-type headrests on the rear seats add to the comfort. There are sun visors on the driver’s and the co-passenger’s sides. The fuel lid and tailgate are remote-operated. To further enhance convenience, the power window on the driver’s side has the auto-down function, the electric power steering comes with tilt mechanism, the glove box is cooled and 12 V power outlets are provided at the front. The ORVMs can be adjusted internally using an electronic lever. Platinum Etios also comes with a tachometer, a digital tripmeter, front cabin lights and rear defogger. The air conditioning unit is effective, and that apart, the sedan has a heater and an air filter.

The in-cabin entertainment is looked after by the audio system that comes with a remote. To keep the driver focused, the steering wheel has audio controls mounted on it. The space provided by the boot is of the order 595 L. Additionally, there are seven bottle holders, assist grip with coat hook, and front and rear door pocke

The diesel unit produces 67hp at 3,800 rpm and 170Nm between 1,800 rpm and 2,400 rpm. Both engines are refined and inclined towards fuel efficiency. The Toyota Platinum Etios is sold with a 5-speed gearbox on both petrol and diesel variants. Both transmissions offer smooth gear changes and the clutch is light. The gear ratios are tuned for fuel efficiency and do not require frequent shifting in traffic.

The Toyota Platinum Etios has a certified mileage of 16.78 km/l for the petrol variants and 23.79 km/l for the diesel engine variants. These fuel efficiency figures are at par with segment standards. As mechanically Etios remain untouched, the fuel efficiency is also the same. Where the diesel engine returns ARAI certified mileage of 23.59kmpl, the petrol engine, on the other hand, returns 16.78kmpl.

Toyota Etios Rideing

Toyota Platinum Etios is endowed with a MacPherson Strut type suspension system for the front axle. Its rear axle has torsion beam type suspension. The turning radius of Toyota Platinum Etios is 4.9 m and it offers a minimum ground clearance of 170 mm.The company claims that it has worked upon the shock absorbers. While the ride quality is undoubtedly very good but isn’t different as compared to the earlier version. However, as the suspension has been tuned, one can expect a slight slandering into the corners. The car never feels less composed and remains stable regardless of the road conditions. The steering also feels nice and comfortable to operate.

Toyota Etios Safety

The performance of ABS+EBD brakes is confident and performs just as expected. One of the biggest talking points of the car in this version is the updates in the safety department. The sedan now comes equipped with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX mounts, keyless entry and driver seat belt warning as standard features. Move on to the top variants and you also get front fog lamps and reverse parking sensors. The carmaker has also reinforced the chassis so that it could perform better in case of crash. And this can be seen in the fact that Etios got 4-star safety rating in Global NCAP crash test.

Toyota Etios Bottomline

Toyota Platinum Etios is a compact sedan that packs a punch with its stunning looks and an incredible mileage. Toyota has been renowned in the world for its continuous innovation and impeccable quality standards. In 2010, Toyota entered in the budget segment in India with Platinum Etios. Indian consumers are very sensitive towards price and more so in this segment. The Japanese automaker has entered the segment post a highly intensive market research. Some consumers may feel that the Platinum Etios is not up to the standards in terms of the interiors that they associate with the brand, thus causing some disappointment. The problem of engine vibration associated with a diesel engine has been taken care of by especially focusing on lowering in-cabin noise. Toyota has packed its Platinum Etios with a proper Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) package.

How To Use Social Media To Boost Your Career

Digital Marketing Company in Hyderabad

Statistics have it that 75% of Nigeria’s online population use social media, and a majority of the users are either unemployed or seeking for a better job. While some people spend hours online, scrolling through timelines, liking and commenting on trivial posts, you can make the best out of social media and boost your career by doing the following;

1. Clean Up Your Social Media

Your social media page is your first impression to the online community so it makes sense that you make it look good. Edit your social media handles thoroughly and regularly; take out anything that looks unprofessional, from foul languages, nude photos, party shots or that photo of you smoking shisha!

Create a decent and eye-friendly experience for your social media visitors and update it whenever you add a new skill or job to your portfolio.

2. Follow Publications in Your Industry

You are as connected as the people you follow on social media because it’s the easiest way to bring industry news, trends, and updates right to you. Simply “like” their pages and watch your newsfeed fill with articles, videos, and discussions. You never know where that knowledge will come in handy.

You can also follow Influencers in your industry for a daily dose of advice and guidance, which you’ll feed off effortlessly from their timeline. Digital Marketing Agency in Hyderabad Visit Vivid Digital

3. Get a Professional Photo

Your Facebook and LinkedIn at least deserve a clear professional photo of you in front of a simple background. Your Instagram photo may be less corporate but it still should be a professional shot – you never know who is stalking your page.

4. Write a Personal Bio

Rather than have your visitors wander around your page looking for clues about you, introduce yourself and what you do on your social media handles – Farmer, Model, Socialist, etc. Platforms like LinkedIn have made it easy for you to go beyond bio to adding a mini-CV.

5. Make Common Sense

Being a social media user goes beyond posting pictures with taglines, post only what makes sense! You can share quotes that interest you and your followers and are relevant to the trends and time of the post.

6. Be an active follower

Liking, commenting, and sharing other people’s posts will make them do the same when you post yours. It will also make you visible to more people who follow these people whose posts you engage in. Some social media influencers have been tagged so from just being active and regular commentators on popular pages,

you too can gain affluence by taking more and making sense. If LinkedIn notifies you about someone’s work anniversary, do well to say “Congrats,” it doesn’t take that much of your data.

7. Join a Group

There are tons of awesome groups on Facebook and LinkedIn where you can participate in interesting conversations, get advice on just about any work situation, or even network your way to a job.

All you have to do is find one you like and join in! Find alumni in your desired field, friends from high school, or past co-workers and send them a short, personalized message asking to connect. You never know what they can offer you.

8. Stalk

Admit it, you do this already for your personal interest, you can do it for work-related reasons. Stalk a company’s page so you have something to talk about them in an interview, in an article or in a random conversation with someone.

9. Google Yourself

Hiring managers Google you, so be ahead of your followers and stalkers – google yourself and see what pops up. If you don’t like what you see or it’s outdated, delete and update your data with more-befitting stuff.

10. Look out for openings

A lot of things happen on social media including job adverts and recruiting. Stay alert and apply for as many as you can. As long as you are not paying for the applications, it doesn’t hurt to have interviews every other day, eventually one, out of the lot, will come through!

All the best in your endeavors!

Best 9 SEO Tips Are All You’ll Ever Need To Rank In Google

iiit-bh.in

Why don’t planes crash more often from mechanical failure? With all the moving parts inside a plane, it seems that something would break fairly easily. So, why doesn’t that happen? One primary reason: checklists. Before pilots push the button for taxiing and take-off, they perform an extensive pre-flight checklist to make sure everything is functioning exactly as it should be.

Entrepreneurs hoping for strong SEO (search engine optimization) rankings might take a lesson here. They can create a checklist of their own to make sure everything is perfect for their next website article. No, an SEO checklist won’t protect you from crashing and burning. But it will help ensure that your post has the best chance it needs to rank high in Google. Check For Digital Marketing Agency in Vivid Digital

So, before you publish your next piece of web content, run it through

The following 9-point checklist for the best SEO tips are as follows :

1. The most-important SEO tip: Get external links.

Okay, finally we’re finally at the big one: external links.

External links are links from websites other than your own. Google relies heavily on external links to determine how good a post is. And this makes sense, doesn’t it? You can talk about yourself and your own skills all day long, but no one will believe you. But as soon as other people begin bragging about you, others take notice.

While producing incredible content may get you some links, the truth is, you are going to have to do some “link building.” This means reaching out to other website owners in the space to ask for links. For some great SEO tips , i’d like to go on isdmmt.com.

2. Use the keyword in the URL and in the post.

Another way Google is able to determine what your blog post is about is the URL. In other words, we’re talking about what comes after the “.com” in your url (or .net, .org, or whatever you use). For example, which of the following URLs do you think Google will like better when deciding whether or not to show a certain page?

A. www.ExampleDogToyWebsite.com/9124824834-1

B. www.ExampleDogToyWebsite.com/small-dog-toys

You’re right if you guessed the second one. While the former might not completely kill your SEO efforts, the latter definitely helps show Google exactly what the post is about.

3. Insert internal links.

If you aren’t talking about your best content, why should anyone else care? For this reason, it’s important that your best SEO content be linked to internally by other pages on your website.Yes, this means you may need to go back and edit some older posts to include links to the new, incredible content. For SEO Companies in London visit here

4. Put the keyword in the name and alt-tag of your image.

Next, if your blog post contains images, you can use those images to cement the idea to Google about your post’s topic. There are two ways to do this:

A. The image name

B. The image alt tag

To change the image name, simply change the name of the image on your computer before uploading. Instead of a file called “2831274.jpg,” you can re-name it something like “small dog toys 1.jpg.”

The “alt tag” is something you designate after you upload the photo to your website. Without getting too technical, the alt tag is simply the text that the web browser will show if the photo can’t load for some reason. As search engine also crawl the images to understand how this picture is related to it, these seo tips are very important to work on it.

5. Pick a good keyword to focus on.

The first step is to simply pick the search term or phrase you want the post to show up for. If I am writing about the best dog toys for small dogs, I’ll want to find out what people are actually searching for.The easiest way to do this is use Google Keyword Planner, a free tool that will show you an estimate for any search phrase. (Although Keyword Planner is free, you may need to set up an AdWords account to gain access.)

For example, I noticed that “small dog toys” receives 590 monthly searches — higher than any other related combination of words. However, I’m still not totally ready to start writing about this topic. First, I need to do some research.

6. Research the competition.

Now that I have a term I want to try to rank for, I’m going to go undercover and do some recon! Jump over to your “private browsing” mode on your web browser (“Incognito” in Chrome, “Private” in Safari and Firefox, “InPrivate” on Internet Explorer) and head to Google.com. (At my company, we do “private mode” because we don’t want Google to use our past search history to influence what we see on the search results page.)

Take a look at all the content on page one of Google, ignoring any ad results at the top. The 10 (or so) results are your competition! What are they missing? Can you do better?

7. Write the best content.

Now that you know what your competition looks like, it’s time to create the content that is going to blow those folks out of the water. This is perhaps the most difficult part, but it’s the most important. It needs to be amazing.I don’t care if you are creating a blog post, ecommerce store page or sales-landing page. It needs to be better than the rest, or else neither Google nor your audience will ever take note.

For an example of an article I recently wrote — with just this goal in mind — check out “How to Become a Millionaire: The Ultimate Guide.”. My goal with that post was to write superb content about that topic. How did I do?

8. Put the keyword in your page title.

This should be a no-brainer, but I’ll say it anyway: Your page title should contain your keyword, but that doesn’t mean it has to be exact (though it can be). This is the main SEO tips to rank your site higher in search engine.Additionally, the title must also be interesting enough that people will actually want to click on it! A good example of this would be PT from PTMoney.com, who wrote a great post about “making extra money.” However, rather than a boring title, like “Make Extra Money,” he titled it “52 Ways to Make Extra Money.” Now that is something I would want to read.

9. Put the keyword in your header.

You can organize most webpages by having a large title at the top, followed by several sub-headers throughout the page (like the sub-headers in this post). This organization is helpful not only for people in skimming blog-post articles, it’s helpful in showing Google exactly what your blog post is about. Therefore, be sure to use your exact keyword phrase at least once in your sub-headers.

The above nine-point checklist may not include everything a person could know about SEO, but by simply following this checklist, you’ll be miles ahead of the competition and will likely see your posts get significant SEO traffic.

Nissan Terrano Performance & Test Drive

Nissan Terrano Overview

The Renault-Nissan alliance has been leveraging common vehicle platforms to quicken the process of ‘time to market’ and have together managed to build a fairly healthy portfolio for each other. The only problem in the past has been that unlike platform sharing vehicles from other global alliances that are distinctly different from each other, in this case, cars such as the Micra and Pulse, and the Sunny and Scala also share almost identical looks.

emikolo.com

It has been a case of badge engineering where the cars don’t just share underpinnings, but all the body panels too. The next in line is the Nissan Terrano, the cloned version of the Renault Duster. Thankfully though, better sense has prevailed amongst the powers that be in Nissan and the Terrano can claim itself to be a fairly differentiated product, at least on the outside. View offers on Nissan Cars from Nissan dealers in Hyderabad at Autozhop

Nissan Terrano Look

As you can clearly notice in the images, the only SUV offering from Nissan for the Indian market has not received any significant changes to the exterior. Thus it still continues to look rugged and bold.

Towards the front profile, the Terrano gets a signature grille with lots of chrome elements on it. The headlamp unit too remains unchanged and gets a four pod design which looks not only good but also is functional at the same time. Towards the side profile, the SUV gets a machined alloy wheels which look not only rugged but also robust at the same time. Towards the side profile, you will also notice the electrically retractable ORVM with integrated side turn indicators. The silver finished roof rails also helps the Terrano to stand out in the crowd.Nissan India has now added one more colour options in the form of new Sandstone Brown besides the already existing four colour options.

Nissan Terrano Comfort

The cabin of the Terrano attempts a somewhat similar freshening up just like the redesigned exterior. But, the extent of change inside the Terrano is much lower than the outside. However, Nissan engineers have managed to still lift up the overall premiumness of the cabin, though this might be more evident in the top-trim variants. There is a slight variation in the interior colour theme, though the dashboard layout and major elements are mostly carry-forwards. There are a few changes such as the flip open storage box at the top of the centre stack. The combination of circular and rectangular aircon vents and the piano-black finish for the centre stack caught my attention in my test mule.

Faux wood door handles and the chrome bits all around the cabin are other elements that help boost the feeling of quality inside the Terrano. The rear aircon vents positioned between the two front seats (also found in the Duster) will be a blessing during the forthcoming summer. The steering wheel and the instrument cluster also see some modifications.

Nissan Terrano Gearbox

Like we already mentioned above there are no mechanical changes under the hood of the updated Terrano. The SUV still is powered by the same 1.6-litre petrol engine that produces about 104 PS of peak power at 5, 850 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 3750 rpm. The gasoline engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The diesel variant, on the other hand, gets the 1.5 Litre DCI unit which is available in two states of tune. The base trim diesel option produces about 85 Ps of peak power at 3750 Rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 1900 rpm. The more powerful diesel option produces about 110 Ps of peak power at 4000 rpm and 245 Nm of torque at 1750 rpm. Transmission option for the diesel drivetrain includes a 6-speed manual while there is also an option of a six speed AMT as well available with the top end trim.

Nissan Terrano Rideing

The diesel engine takes 12 seconds to cross the 100 kmph mark and slates a top speed figure of 175kmph. On the other end, the Petrol version attains a top speed of 165 kmph and takes 10 seconds to cross the 100 kmph mark from standstill. Both engines are incredible performers and thus Terrano doesn’t feel sluggish at any given moment. The Nissan Terrano line-up has both Petrol and Diesel engine based versions. The Petrol engine is a 1.6-litre Multi Point Fuel Injection (MPFI) based engine, which is coded as 1.6K4M. It has the ability to displace 1598cc and can yield about 102.6bhp at 5850rpm along with 145Nm of peak torque value at 3750rpm, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gear box. On the other hand, the diesel variants come with two power options, 85PS (83.8bhp) and the other more powerful 110PS (108.5bhp). This fuel efficient 1461cc, K9K, dCi diesel engine is quite powerful and is delivering an impressive performance. It offers a peak torque of 248Nm at 2250rpm in combination with a maximum power output of 108.5bhp at 3900rpm. The 1.5-litre diesel engine is mated with a six speed manual transmission gear box.

Nissan Terrano Safety

Nissan Terrano boasts of a staunch and robust braking system. The front wheels of the compact SUV are incorporated with discs which make braking deft. While the front axle of the SUV has an independent McPherson strut type of mechanism with a coil spring and also a highly advanced anti-roll bar; the rear axle gets a torsion beam axle along with coil springs and a similar anti-roll bar for enhanced comfort for the rear passengers. Both these systems put together ensure that the passengers as well as the SUV are stable at all times. The top-end versions of the Terrano are equipped with the sophisticated Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) along with electronic brake force distribution technology, coupled with brake assist and a stability control module to further upgrade the braking mechanism of the SUV. Other safety features comprise of an engine immobilizer, central locking, driver seat belt reminder, doors-not-well-closed reminder, rear defogger, reverse parking sensor and a heated tailgate glass warning light.

Nissan Terrano Price in Hyderabad

Nissan Terrano Ex-Showroom Price in Hyderabad ranges from 9,90,034/- (Terrano XL P) to 14,30,152/- (Terrano XV D PRE 110 PS AMT). Get best offers for Nissan Terrano from Nissan Dealers in Hyderabad. Check for Terrano price in Hyderabad at Carzprice

Nissan Terrano Bottomline

The Terrano’s ride quality is big plus when compared to the other vehicles in its class. The suspension soaks up bad roads really well, without allowing it to really rattle the car. There is just a tad bit of body roll that I can feel when I run downhill on a windy stretch of road and while flicking in and out of the corners. But that is to be expected from a suspension set up that is meant to accommodate and please.

Just like the Duster, the Terrano’s USPs are right there – a torquey, healthy engine, good ride quality, much better on-road poise at high speeds and around corners and the right size. But, in the Terrano what is different is the design, which compared to the current Duster, might be considered just that bit more modern and appealing.

Hyundai Grand i10 Performance & Test Drive

Hyundai Grand i10 Overview

Slotted between i10 and Elite i20, in Hyundai’s line-up, Grand i10 was introduced in Indian market in 2013. Powering the line-up is a 1.2 litre, Kappa Dual VTVT petrol engine mated to a manual and an automatic transmission. The diesel variants draw power from a 1.2 litre, 2nd gen U2 CRDi unit and are offered only with a manual gearbox. Exterior styling is chic, in tandem with the rest of the Hyundai models. Cabin is snug in terms of room, especially the rear side and the quality of material used is at par with rivals in the segment. View offers on Hyundai Cars from Hyundai dealers in Hyderabad at Autozhop

Hyundai Grand i10 Look

Even design wise, the Grand is a complete departure from its predecessor. It’s longer, wider and almost as tall – tall enough to classify it as a tall boy. But thanks to its increased dimensions, you’d be hard pressed to say that it actually falls in this category. Overall the styling has taken quite a few steps away from quirky “Kei” car and a big leap towards proper Euro supermini. The Fluidic design language has evolved further with this car and the headlights are now much sharper, the car sports a much larger one piece grille and a funkier design around the fog lights which really spruces up the front end. Unlike a lot of other design efforts which seem to lose steam as they progress from the front to the rear, the Grand makes no such faux pas. The strong shoulder line accentuates the width of the car and the uniquely shaped waistline molding and 8-spoke diamond cut alloy wheels (on the top end Asta model that is) really accentuate the Grand’s more mature design. At the back, you see a clear departure from regular Hyundai hatchback design with brand new taillights, chunky reflectors integrated into the bumper and lots of slashes and cuts all around. Bottom line is that the Grand i10 is beautiful to behold, no matter what angle you look at it from and manages a wonderful mix of radical design and comforting conventionality to keep everyone happy.

Hyundai Grand i10 Comfort

Inside the car, a lot of beige has been used across all the variants for that premium feel. To top that, Hyundai has mated the beige color smartly with the black color, so the places which are more accessible to hands are covered in black to save them from getting dirty quickly. The interior also gets blue illumination, which looks brilliant at night. The blue illumination makes the car look very premium from the inside, and the feature is standard across all the variants. Hyundai has also used the space in the car very smartly, and has put map pockets in the front and rear seats of the car for keeping papers and other small things. There are pockets behind the front passenger seat as well. The pockets are missing from the base Era variant though. Hyundai’s flowing design follows the car everywhere and even the interiors are designed keeping the Fluidic theme in mind.

The door handles are curved, and are chrome painted in the Sportz, Sportz(O) and Asta models for the premium feel. Chrome is also visible on the gear knob and parking lever tip of the Sportz and Asta models. The top variant Asta gets the leather-wrapped steering wheel, which feels amazing to hold and feel. The centre display of the Grand i10 looks soothing and very futuristic. The top of the line variants Sportz(O) and Asta now offers 7-inch infotainment screen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In addition it also doubles up as a display for reverse parking camera. The Sportz get a 5-inch screen with no support for Android Auto and CarPlay. Era and Magna do not get a touch screen. Even the base variant gets the tachometer, which is very important for shifting gears correctly. The driver infotainment gets many warning lamps and indicators, which are standard across all the variants. The manual version of the car gets gearshift indicators for those perfectly-timed shifts for better fuel efficiency and more power. The door and tailgate ajar lamp saves the car from getting damaged and prevents accidents. There is also a low fuel indicator and driver seatbelt warning lamp across every variant. Multi Information Display or better known as MID brings many information from the car to the driver at one place. There is a digital clock, dual trip meter, and uncommon features like average vehicle speed and engine running time, which helps a lot during long trips. Hyundai Grand i10 has a good audio system with support for USB, Bluetooth and Aux-in available across Sportz, Sportz(O) and Asta variants with a 4-speaker set-up.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel in the top model also features the audio, bluetooth voice recognition controls for easy access. Convenience has taken a special attention with the Grand i10. Every variant gets motor-driven electric power steering for smooth drives around the city and does not take much effort to manoeuvre the vehicle. All the variants also get manual AC with heater, tinted windows and power outlets. Hyundai has really taken serious steps to make the vehicle very convenient, and the power outlets on the front and rear show that effort of the company. There are also power windows across all the models. The base version Era misses out on rear power outlets and power windows though. There are also electrically-adjustable outside mirrors across all the variants except Era which offers manual controls. There are also rear AC vents, a passenger and vanity tray, the base model gets deprived of these features as well. The Sportz and Asta models get the cooled glove box, push button start/stop and tilt steering. Driver seat height adjustment and adjustable rear seat headrests are exclusive to the top end Asta model only.

Hyundai Grand i10 Gearbox

As with almost all other Hyundai cars available at the moment, the Grand i10 offers both petrol and diesel as a choice for motive force. The petrol engine here is the 1.2-litre KAPPA mill which has really proved itself a worthy choice for quite some time in both the i20 and the older i10. The most exciting thing under the hood though is a brand new cutting-edge 1.1-litre U2 diesel engine. It might only have three cylinders, but this state-of-the-art motor produces 71PS of power at 4,000rpm and 160Nm of peak torque coming it between 1,500 and 2,750rpm. What strikes you most about this engine is just how refined it can be. A small amount of rumble does creep into the cabin at idle rpm, but that is to be expected from a car in this segment. Performance isn’t what you would call blistering, with the run to 100km/h from a standstill dispensed off in a fairly ponderous 17.5 seconds. At 150km/h, top speed too isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s pretty much at par with others in this segment. However it’s not about mere numbers and figures with this motor. The most impressive thing about this mill is its sheer drivability, even at fairly low engine speeds. It pretty much picks up in any gear and driving around even in extremely heavy traffic conditions is an absolute breeze. But in the higher range of the rpm spectrum, it does lose steam rather quickly. So not the ultimate engine for high-speed highway cruising. On the other hand, the clutch action is long, but quite light and the 5-speed manual gearbox is one of the slickest shifters we’ve seen in a long time. With a combination like that coupled with shortish ratios for the first three gears, the Grand i10 is at its absolute best in driving about in the urban jungle.

Hyundai hasn’t just worked magic with the engine and gearbox though. What impressed us most was the work done on the suspension. Compared to other hatchbacks from the same company, the Grand i10 seems significantly better sprung. This setup is still fairly soft mind you, but through long undulations, the car doesn’t wallow at all and even if you show it some corners, the body roll, though present, feels extremely well controlled. So what you end up with is brilliant ride quality over even the most broken of roads without the suspension feeling wishy-washy in any way. In fact, even when you take the Grand all the way up to its top speed on a wide open highway, the car feels extremely well settled even without carrying a full complement of occupants. Brakes too have good feel and bite and can bring the car to a dead stop from 80km/h in less than 30 metres. Honestly, you would have to be extremely ham-fisted and lead-footed to find yourself in a hairy situation with this Grand.

Hyundai Grand i10 Rideing

Hyundai has tweaked the suspension of the new Grand i10, and boy what a difference it has made. Show the car a set of bad roads and it gobbles up all of it without breaking a sweat. Potholes and undulations, particularly, are absorbed with only a muted thump entering the cabin. Coupled with good NVH characteristics, the ride in the new Grand i10 is surprisingly well damped and quiet, unlike the loud thuds that you hear in some of Maruti Suzuki’s small cars. The ride quality clearly feels akin to a bigger car, and this surely is one of the Grand i10’s biggest plus points. The changes to the suspension have also resulted in improved handling, although the soft set-up does result in slight body roll when you push the car around the bends. However, it is not scary at all and I was very impressed with the car’s grip levels and ability to stick to an intended line.

The one aspect that Hyundai could have improved is steering feedback at high speeds. I wish it weighed up a little more which would have elevated the driving experience to quite an extent. That said, I remember how numb the steering felt in the previous car, so the improvement in this unit is more than welcome. The brakes offer a strong bite and pedal feel is quite firm too. However, some may feel the bite is a bit too sharp at low speeds. Personally, I like the set-up as it feels quite reassuring in an emergency stop. Our brake tests saw the car come to a standstill from 100kmph in 3.1 seconds, covering 42.7 metres in the process.

Hyundai Grand i10 Safety

The braking prowess of the Grand i10 is nothing less than impressive. The car comes with front disc brakes and rear drum options. The brakes have a good bite and can bring the car to stop within a small distance. On the top variant, Asta, Hyundai offers one of the most advanced anti-lock braking system, which further brings down the stopping distance and is helpful in tricky situations. There is standard driver airbag available with all variants of the Grand i10. However, the company offers the passenger airbags with the top-end models only, which does show a highlight in the bill. Talking about safety, the Grand gets day/night mirror across all the variants except the base Era model. Hyundai also gives rear defogger as a part of equipment with the top variants. Hyundai provides a smart key with the Asta trims, which are convenient to use can be used to unlock the doors which work based on proximity to the key. The Magna version and other lower variants get standard keyless entry while Era does not offer keyless entry. The engine immobilizer, which surely reduces a lot of thefts, is standard across all the variants.

Hyundai Grand i10 Conclusion

Hyundai Grand i10 is a very affordable car and by all means is the best choice in its segment. The Grand i10 has a long list of features, which look very good and inviting on paper. The base model somehow misses out on few key things like ABS and passenger airbag. This mid-sized hatchback looks very pleasing to the eyes and comparatively looks better than most cars on the road. The Hyundai Grand i10 packs almost every feature needed in a car in a compact package. With the segment-first features, like the integrated memory, Hyundai has surely attracted many tech-savvy buyers towards the new model.

The elegant-looking diamond-cut alloys make the car even more appealing. Important safety features, like the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and passenger front airbag, are missing in the standard list, and they come only as an option with higher variants. Hyundai has surely made a point on including all the features in the vehicle but not all are available with the Era or the Magna model. Even with the missing features, the Hyundai Grand i10 is a good choice in the segment and the sales figure of the car just puts concrete to our thoughts.

What Is The Quality Assurance of Education Evaluation

Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

One of the outcomes of the ‘quality movement’ has been the development of a specialised bureaucracy to ensure smooth operation of (often complex) quality systems including apparatuses for audit and accountability. Quality assurance systems at system, organizational or individual level typically operate within a cycle

Quality assurance agencies expect staff at all levels in institutions (including classroom and clinical teachers) to gather data that allow them to demonstrate these steps and the manner in which each step affects and feeds into the next. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

Key features of the quality assurance process

Regardless of the agency or the object of scrutiny, there is a reasonably common approach to reviews, be they audit, approval or accreditation. The key features of quality assurance include:

A. Self evaluation –

usually through a review report in which the institution provides a self-assessment of its activities relating to the scope of the review

B. External expert review conducted by an autonomous agency–

usually involving documentary scrutiny and a visit by reviewers to the institution

C. The public report –

with commentary and recommendations

D. Benchmarking –

periodic reviews by the agency across the sector to identify common themes and issues.

While most review and evaluation systems are developed on the basis of promoting on-going improvement, review systems need to be robust enough to stop under-performing institutions, subjects or programmes from receiving monies from governments or other funders or from taking students.

ASSURING AND MAINTAINING QUALITY IN CLINICAL EDUCATION

Check for Educational Evaluations in US at UT Evaluators

Clinical teachers need to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of their teaching. Evaluation of teaching and learning generally occurs within quality assurance frameworks that have common features. Understanding quality assurance systems and evaluation methods will help clinical teachers to improve the student learning experience.

This module discusses how and introduces the most common tools used in the evaluation of teaching and learning.

Higher and professional education in the western world has undergone rapid change. The expansion of student numbers, widening diversity and opening access, the impact of e-learning systems that facilitate distance learning, and increasing recognition of the importance of workplace learning have led to concerns over maintaining and enhancing educational quality across a diverse sector. For Educational Evaluations in US visit here

Addressing such concerns has led all establishments with educational missions, from schools to universities as well as institutions such as Royal Colleges and postgraduate deaneries, to place greater emphasis on demonstrating:

A. Quality improvement

B. Accountability for spending public money

C. Transparency of processes involving admissions, teaching and assessment

D. The specification and achievement of competencies and outcomes

E. Early identification and remediation of ‘failing’ students or practitioners.

The ‘quality agenda’ in clinical education has seen movement on a number of fronts towards explicit standard-setting, evidence-based education, metrics and indicators to measure continuous improvement, and the establishment of structures and processes that enable self-governance and monitoring. The ‘quality agenda’ therefore impacts on all aspects of education at all levels, from funding and regulatory bodies through to educational providers and ultimately to teachers and learners.
